PART II VOUCHER SALE
SECTION 1 – OUR OFFER
We explicitly state in our offer when the latter is only valid for a constrained period of time or is subjected to specific conditions. We always describe as complete and accurate as possible what we sell to you. The description is in any case sufficiently detailed to allow you to make a proper assessment. If we make use of graphics, they are a true reflection of the offered goods and / or services.
Your order is complete and the contract between us is final once we send your travel voucher by email. Should the issuer of your card refuse to agree on your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment by name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
In order to purchase a product, you add it to your shopping basket. Afterwards you submit your contact details and billing data. You do not need to choose a delivery method as we will send the travel voucher by email. In the final step you are led to an overview page, you accept our terms and conditions and you confirm your payment by pressing the ‘Buy Now’ button, with the caption “order with payment”. If you have completed these steps, your purchase becomes final.
SECTION 2 – PARTNERS
Amazing Belgium places offers from Partners on the Website, which offers you accept,
by purchasing a Voucher.
Every offer made by Amazing Belgium on behalf of a Partner on the Website, in any form whatsoever, is noncommittal and limited in time, unless the offer contains conditions and/or
terms for acceptance in the offer.
An agreement is made with a Partner at the moment the minimum number of people buy the Voucher and the amount due has been paid by you to Amazing Belgium.
If the amount cannot be debited from your bank account/credit card, then you will not receive a Voucher.
Amazing Belgium is never party to the agreement with Partner. Amazing Belgium is therefore never obliged and cannot be obliged to deliver the products or services offered by Partner. The
composition of the deal can be changed at all times and typing or spelling errors are
SECTION 3 - VOUCHERS
When buying a product and the amount has been debited from your bank account/credit card you will receive a travel voucher within 24h after your order.
You must show the Voucher with the unique Voucher Code on it to the Partner on your telephone or print it out and hand it in to Partner. If the Voucher Code is not readable, the Voucher code does not match the checklist or the Voucher cannot be shown, Partner has the right to refuse his/her service.
The Voucher has to be redeemed within the term indicated on the Voucher. If no term is indicated on the Voucher, then the Voucher can be redeemed within a maximum of six months after sending the Voucher.
Unless otherwise indicated on the Voucher, the Voucher cannot be combined with other offers, the Voucher can only be used once, the credit must be used in one go and no amounts on the Voucher will be reimbursed.
SECTION 4 – FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfil our obligations. In that case we may either suspend our obligations for the duration of the state of force majeure or definitely repudiate the agreement.
Events of force majeure are all circumstances external to our will and control that render the respect of our obligations completely or partly impossible. Such events include amongst others strikes, fire, disruption of energy supplies or telecommunication networks or communication systems and/or the temporary down-time of the webshop, late delivery or absence of delivery by suppliers or other third parties,…
Parties shall not be obliged to comply with any obligation if they are prevented from doing so due to a circumstance that is not their fault and for which they cannot be held accountable by virtue of the law, a juristic act or generally accepted practice.
If the Voucher cannot be redeemed by Partner, due to circumstances that are completely out of the control of Amazing Belgium (such as, but not limited to, discontinuation of the business activities of of a debt rescheduling arrangement or revocation of a licence), and Amazing Belgium has already paid the amount you paid to Partner, then you cannot claim a refund of the amount you paid to Amazing Belgium.
As soon as it becomes permanently impossible for Social Deal to comply with her obligations due to the existence of a situation of force majeure, or as soon as the situation of force majeure lasts or will last for more than six weeks, either party is entitled to dissolve the Agreement.
SECTION 5 – COMPLAINTS
We do hope that all our customers are always 100% satisfied. If nevertheless you would have complaints concerning our services, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do the utmost to deal with your complaint within 7 days.
All contracts we conclude with our customers are, regardless of their place of residence, exclusively governed by Belgian law. Only the courts of Belgium are competent to adjudicate with disputes arising out of or connected to these contracts. If as a result of international law the law of a different country applies, the interpretation of the current terms and conditions will in the first instance be done in accordance to the Belgian Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Travel Deals (hotels, restaurants & activities)
No refunds are possible and the right of withdrawal is not valid for travel deals.
You have the right to inform Amazing Belgium that you are declining the purchase without being required to pay a penalty or to state your reasons within fourteen calendar days as of the day following the day of the delivery of the item or the conclusion of the services agreement, being the day following the day on which you received your ordered voucher by email. All requests to cancel the purchase must be made in writing to email@example.com
The refund shall be performed within 14 days of the right of withdrawal being exercised, with such for a sum that is equal to the sum paid for the purchase of the voucher.
After the withdrawal period of 14 days it is not possible to cancel your voucher and receive a refund.
