This hidden gem, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil marshes, promised a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Join us as we recount our experience, from the charming accommodations to the breathtaking natural surroundings.
Welcome to Nids des Marais, an exclusive retreat comprising five distinct 'nests' that offer an unparalleled opportunity to sleep beneath the stars, immersed in the breathtaking beauty of nature. As dawn breaks, picture yourself waking up to the sight of reeds stretching towards the first rays of sunlight, creating a mesmerizing spectacle. Located in the heart of the Ciney marsh in the Belgian Ardennes, this extraordinary overnight haven is more than just accommodation—it's an unmissable experience.
At Nids des Marais you can choose between 5 unique Nests, a mix of Domes and Greenhouses.
The Martin Pêcheur, where we stayed, lies invisible under an arch of trees. Here you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the water in the stream rushing past close to your feet. A stone path takes you to a private beach where you enjoy your moment together by the fireplace, in the middle of nature.
