Cancellation, returns and right of withdrawal

Books (physical products)
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us at hello@amazing-belgium.com or through our withdrawal form, and you will receive a full refund.
Once a book has been delivered, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days, starting the day after delivery, during which you can return the book without giving a reason. To do so, complete our withdrawal form. After notifying us, you must return the book within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the book is borne by you. We refund the amount you paid within 14 days after we receive the returned book or proof that you have sent it back. If the book shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it (for example reading, writing or markings, or damage), we may deduct an amount for the resulting loss in value.

Digital Map (digital content)
The Digital Map gives you immediate access upon purchase. At checkout you expressly agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to the Digital Map.

Tickets and activities for a specific date or period (museums, experiences and similar)
For tickets and activities tied to a specific date or period of performance, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in line with the statutory exemption for leisure services. These purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase, unless stated otherwise in the offer.

How to withdraw
You can exercise your right of withdrawal through our withdrawal form at https://www.amazing-belgium.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form, or by using the statutory model withdrawal form. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.

Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that you have returned it.
